We have developed an extensive scientific program bringing the leading experts on sleep medicine and research to Prague presenting their ideas and latest discoveries. The program is the most extensive ever, including 16 keynotes, 103 symposia, 16 courses, and 138 oral abstract presentations. Based on the submissions of scientific content, we are expecting between 2,000 to 2,500 attendees, much higher than any of our prior congresses. Questions can be emailed to our administrative office.

Exhibitor Services: EXPOsale is the official exhibitor servicing company for World Sleep 2017.
All exhibitors must complete the Exhibitor Information form providing exhibition information, booth construction requirements, furniture rental and payment information and email to Linda Skarkova at EXPOsale by August 18, 2017.

Exhibition Hours: Exhibition is open during the following hours:
Monday, October 9, 2017: 10:00AM to 4:00PM
Tuesday, October 10, 2017: 10:00AM to 4:00PM
Wednesday, October 11, 2017: 10:00AM to 4:00PM
Exhibition will be closed and monitored by security before 10:00AM and after 4:00PM. Exhibitor personnel are allowed in their booths one hour prior and one hour after exhibition times. Exhibitor space is jointly occupied by main keynote exit corridor and delegates will be using the corridor throughout the congress presentation times.
Exhibition Construction: Booth construction starts Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 8:00AM and must be completed by Sunday, October 8 at 5:00PM. Soft move in including setup of pop-up banners, literature placemen and final decorations must be completed by 9:00AM Monday, October 9, 2017. Teardown is not permitted until 4:00PM Wednesday, October 11 and must be completed by midnight.
Ceiling Height: Area near the exit doors and under the balcony is 2.9 meters high and includes booth numbers 300, 303, 305, 330, 350, 360, 410, 450, 500, 510, 520, 610, 620, and 630. Area near the windows not covered by the balcony is 11 meters high and includes booth numbers 335, 345, 405, 435, 445, 455, 465, 480, 525, 545, 605, and 615. Details of the 3rd floor can be obtained from the Prague Congress Center.
Catering Services: Zátiší Catering Group is the only authorized catering company for the Prague Convention Center.
Advertising Opportunities: Promotional and sponsorship opportunities are available. Examples include signage at the convention center, final program, literature bag inserts, lanyards, abstract USB, and pens/paper to delegates. Email Allan O’Bryan for details.
Final Program Listing: Your company name, logo, website and 50-word description is due by August 30, 2017. Email information to our communications coordinator.
Giveaways and Hand Outs: Complimentary items to delegates are allowed and can only be distributed within the assigned booth space. Exhibitors and companies cannot hand out written materials of any kind outside of the Exhibitor Area without written permission from the World Sleep Society. All hand outs and giveaways, with the exception of written literature, must be approved by the World Sleep Society, and be in accordance with ACCME Standards.
