What does registration cover? Registration includes Sunday evening’s Opening Ceremony through Wednesday’s closing ceremony. Scientific sessions include keynotes, symposia, abstracts and other scientific sessions hosted by World Sleep Society. Registration also covers entrance to exhibit hall and select networking events. Pre-congress courses are an additional fee.

Press passes: Access to the World Sleep congress is available complimentary to credentialed journalists. Please submit your request for access to World Sleep 2027. Press passes will only be shared with individuals writing on behalf of a public-facing journalistic organization and are subject to approval by World Sleep Society.

Do members receive a discount? Yes! Members of World Sleep Society receive discounted rates for registration. Become a World Sleep Society member.

Honoraria and Reimbursement Policy

World Sleep Society does not provide honoraria to academic planners, committee members, co-chairs, or speakers. No individual involved in a CME activity may receive payments directly from a commercial interest, including honoraria, travel, out-of-pocket expenses or other payments. Read the complete policy.

Refund Policy

World Sleep 2027 will follow a similar schedule and refund policy as 2025.

  • Full refund only available if cancellation is made on or before July 1, 2027
  • Partial refund available for cancellations made between July 1, 2027 and August 16, 2027 (a $50 administration fee will be withheld, remaining balance will be returned)
  • No refund available for cancellations made after August 16, 2027
