How to Claim CME Credits
To receive your certificate for participation in CME activities at World Sleep 2025 in Singapore, you must:
1. Complete the Congress Evaluation form.
The evaluation form is anonymous and available here: Congress Evaluation Form.
2. Pay the $25 USD CME processing fee.
The fee is payable through the World Sleep Society online store.
3. Complete the CME Record of Attendance form.

IMPORTANT: Not all sessions are eligible for CME credit! Please review the form carefully to see which sessions are NOT eligible for credit. In addition, you must be registered for a Saturday or Sunday course to receive the credit for it.
Provider Statement
The AAFP has reviewed World Sleep 2025 Singapore and deemed it acceptable for up to 43.00 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 09/06/2025 to 09/10/2025. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
