The World Sleep 2025 scientific program features over 350 hours of content, including symposia, keynote lectures, workshops, discussion groups, and special events. With so much to choose from, we recommend taking a few minutes to explore the schedule in advance—and building your personal agenda using our planning tools.

6 Tips for Navigating the World Sleep 2025 Schedule

1 – Search iPlanner to Explore the Schedule

The best way to explore the scientific program is through the interactive schedule tool, known as iPlanner.

Open iPlanner

Search by session title, speaker, or topic. You can filter by date, session type, or room. Star sessions you’re interested in to build a personalized schedule.

2 – Use “List View” in the iPlanner

The “List View” function displays the schedule in chronological order from the start to the end of each day.

Some previous attendees of World Sleep have found the list view to be easier for scanning the program – simply scroll through to see the complete session title, time, and location for each session. Click on any session to open its complete details.

3 – Save Sessions with iPlanner

You can use iPlanner to build your own personal agenda, saving sessions of interest so that they’re easy to find later.

Let’s say you’re attending on Tuesday, September 9. Here’s how to build your daily schedule:

Open the iPlanner and filter by Tuesday.

Search for topics like circadian rhythms or health risks.

Star sessions like:

  • S-47: Beyond the lab: Measuring sleep and circadian rhythms in naturalistic settingsView Session
  • S-65: Night shift work and health risks: Internal desynchrony and underlying mechanismsView Session

Once you’ve starred a few sessions, you can easily access them later by viewing your Favourites. This lets you build a personalized list of sessions, courses and workshops that you are interested in attending at the congress.

4 – Download the Preliminary PDF Program

If you like to scroll through everything at once, the Preliminary Program is for you.

5 – Use the App Onsite

Coming soon: the World Sleep 2025 mobile app! This will be your go-to tool during the congress.

It’s a mobile version of the iPlanner, with bonus features:

  • Sync your starred sessions
  • Get reminders and alerts
  • View venue maps and exhibitor listings

Pro Tip: Log in with the same email you used to register to sync your personal schedule across devices.

6 – Use the Printed Program Onsite

Prefer something in hand? A printed version of the schedule will be available at the congress.

It’s a handy, at-a-glance resource for checking session times, room locations, and daily highlights while you’re on the move.
