The badge provider for World Sleep 2023, Expo Logic, also offers a lead retrieval app for license. (There are no official hardware scanners available this year.)

The Windsor hotel will provide all catering services for the congress, including for food and beverage at your booth. Certain snack items and beverages are currently available to order through the exhibitor guide. Please see the exhibitor guide for more detail.
TAO Assessoria is coordinating services for custom printing and sign-making. Please contact [email protected] with your needs (project description, quantity, etc.) to arrange a quote.
Bag inserts must be 10″ by 16″ or less to fit in the bag. The bag insert may be double-sided. If you would like to do something outside of these guidelines, contact [email protected].
Final Program Advertisements
Final program advertisements must be submitted as soon as possible. Listed below are the specifications for the half-page and full-page advertisements:
Page size: 8.5″ wide x 11″ high (US Letter)
Live area: 8″ wide x 10.5″ high
Non-bleed ad size:
7.5″ wide x 10″ high (.5″ margins on left and right side, top and bottom)
Bleed ad size:
8.75″ wide x 11.25″ high (page size plus .125″ bleed on all sides)
7.5″(wide) x 4.875″(high)
- Bleed marks required for bleed ads
- The preferred file format is PDF, set to Print Quality
- All files must be the correct size as listed above
- All files and images must be at least 300 dpi
