Note: The exhibits, poster abstracts, and keynote rooms share a common hall. Access to the hall will be open for the keynotes before the exhibition hours and for the posters after the exhibition hours.

Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval devices and services are provided by Expo Logic, the badge provider for World Sleep 2025. There is an online form and a PDF form available to order lead retrieval. Find each form linked below.

Exhibitor Registration
Each 9sqm exhibitor receives two (2) regular congress registrations and two (2) exhibitor badges. Registration will be coordinated by Tyler at World Sleep Society. Exhibitors will receive direct instructions for how to use their complimentary registrations.

Print Item Deadlines
- Full-page and half-page program advertisements are due July 31, 2025.
