Sponsor/Exhibitor Dates & Deadlines
Exhibit hall space and sponsorship items are now being sold on a first come, first served basis. There is no ultimate deadline for sponsorship applications outside of constraints specific to different items or exhibit hall space, build requirements, etc. Please contact Tyler at [email protected] to request more specific information about available opportunities to get involved in World Sleep 2023.
World Sleep will offer a print program for all attendees and the deadline to submit materials (e.g., program ads, company logo and description) is tentatively August 25. Extensions may be possible but are not guaranteed.
Note on industry symposia: Industry symposia are not subject to the February 28 symposia deadline; this deadline is for symposia in the main scientific program. Sponsors may apply for industry symposia slots until October 2023.
Venue and Location

World Sleep 2023 is taking place at the Windsor Convention & Expo Center in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Windsor is located in the Barra da Tijuca neighborhood, one of the most modern, fastest growing, and safest areas of Rio. Barra da Tijuca is known well for hosting international events, including the 2016 Olympics, and as such maintains additional private and public security. This upper-class neighborhood features condos, resorts, shopping malls, and the longest beach in Rio de Janeiro.
The event center is part of a greater complex of three hotels with over 1200 rooms. World Sleep 2023 will take place primarily in the four floors of the Windsor Expo Center:
- Floor 0: Symposia, exhibit hall, private suites
- Floor 1: Keynotes, symposia, exhibit hall
- Floor 2: Symposia, courses
- Floor 3: Symposia, courses
