Hotel booking will open soon through the official World Sleep 2023 housing bureau. All rooms booked through the World Sleep 2023 housing bureau are on site at one of three hotels connected directly to the congress venue. Inventory of these rooms is limited and will be released on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rooms will be available only through multiple-night packages. Please note that the check-in and check-out dates cannot be altered.

5-night package || Check in: Saturday, October 21; Check out: Thursday, October 26

6-night package || Check in: Friday, October 20; Check out: Thursday, October 26

Rates listed above are for single occupancy. Add $15 per night for a second adult occupant. All other fees and taxes are included in the rates listed above.
A buffet breakfast is included with each package.
No changes to the check-in or check-out dates are possible. Check-in is 2:00pm and check-out is 12:00pm.

The three hotels available for booking through the official World Sleep 2023 housing bureau are the following:

- Windsor Oceanico (four-star hotel)
Requests for a particular hotel may be taken but cannot be guaranteed. Orders and payment will be accepted shortly with rooms assigned and distributed in August.
