World Sleep 2019 will facilitate an international discussion forum and collaboration among sleep societies and sleep professionals.


CANADIAN SLEEP SOCIETY NAMED LOCAL HOST FOR
WORLD SLEEP 2019 CONGRESS ON SLEEP MEDICINE
 

ROCHESTER, MN – April 28, 2017— World Sleep Society (founded by World Association of Sleep Medicine and World Sleep Federation) has collaborated with the Canadian Sleep Society to host World Sleep 2019. The venue selected for the congress on sleep medicine from September 20-25, 2019 is the Vancouver Convention Centre, Vancouver, Canada. Located on British Columbia’s waterfront with mountain views, the Vancouver Convention Centre offers convenient access to downtown visitor amenities.

World Sleep 2019 offers a worldwide forum inviting sleep professionals to advance current medical and scientific thinking, discover ways to improve sleep health and encourage the prevention and treatment of sleep disorders. Participants can plan to submit their latest scientific findings in 2018. World Sleep Society will begin collecting scientific symposia submissions September 1, 2018. Abstracts for World Sleep 2019 will be collected as of December 1, 2018.
