International Conference Services (Pte). Ltd. is the official housing bureau for World Sleep 2025 and will offer assistance with the coordination of accommodation requirements for the congress.

Special rates and added complimentary amenities will only be available to attendees who book through the official housing bureau.

Booking Deadline

Hotel booking deadline was Friday, July 11, 2025 at 23:59 SGT (Singapore Standard Time), but rooms may still available.

We strongly recommend that you book accommodation early to secure your preferred location at the best possible price.

Housing Piracy and Fraud Warning

WARNING: Beware of housing piracy companies and other fraudsters. They are contacting speakers, delegates, and other attendees to book rooms through their channels, and they are falsely claiming that they control the rooms for World Sleep. They do not. These companies will charge you non-refundable deposits and accept your money without even booking a room.

The official congress website (worldsleepcongress.com) is the ONLY way to reserve official hotel rooms for World Sleep 2025. International Conference Services is the ONLY company authorized to communicate with our attendees and coordinate their accommodation in Singapore. If you receive any communication that suggests otherwise, please immediately inform World Sleep Society at [email protected] or +1 507 316 0084.

Payment Policy for Individual Reservations

  • Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars, inclusive of service charge and VAT.
  • A credit card is required to secure your booking, with full non-refundable payment charged 45 days prior to arrival.
  • If using a third-party credit card, a Payment Authorization Form is required.

Cancellation or Shortening Length of Stay for Individual Reservations

  • Cancellations or changes may be made without penalty by 11 July 2025.
  • Any changes or cancellations after this date will incur a penalty charge equal to the full stay.
  • No refunds for No Shows.

Cancellation or Shortening Length of Stay for Group Reservations (10+ rooms)

  • Refer to the Group Housing Contract for specific terms.
